1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of nambuccastorage.com.au and to general conditions of storage at 15 Ken Howard Crescent, Nambucca Heads NSW 2448, operated by Nambucca Self Storage Pty Ltd (ABN XX XXX XXX XXX). Your binding tenancy agreement is the Storage Licence Agreement completed through StörSync at the time of booking.
2. Storage licence agreement
When you complete a booking through StörSync, you will be required to agree to a Storage Licence Agreement that sets out the full terms of your tenancy, including:
The Storage Licence Agreement is based on the SSAA standard form agreement and complies with Australian Consumer Law.
3. Fees and payment
Storage is charged at $60 per week, billed weekly from your start date via automatic direct debit or card payment. By completing a booking you authorise recurring automatic payments on this schedule.
Launch offer: The second month of storage is free for the first 12 customers who book a unit. New customers only. Subject to availability. Cannot be combined with other offers. The free month is applied as a credit against that billing period.
No setup, administration or exit fees apply. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable written notice.
4. Access and use of the facility
The facility is accessible using your personal PIN code Monday–Friday 6am–10pm, Saturday 7am–8pm and Sunday 8am–6pm. You must supply and maintain your own padlock. We do not hold a copy. You must not allow others to use your PIN code without our written consent.

6. Insurance and liability
We do not insure your goods and are not liable for any loss or damage to stored goods except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful act. We strongly recommend you arrange your own contents insurance. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate by providing 14 days written notice by email to hello@nambuccasecurestorage.com.au or through StörSync. You will only be charged to the end of your notice period. No exit fees apply. We may terminate immediately for serious breach, including storage of prohibited goods, non-payment or conduct threatening safety.
8. Default and overdue payments
If a payment is missed we will notify you and make reasonable attempts to collect the outstanding amount. If your account remains unpaid, we may restrict access to your unit and ultimately exercise a lien over stored goods in accordance with your Storage Licence Agreement and applicable law. Notice will be provided at each stage before action is taken.
9. Website use
This website is provided for information and booking purposes. We make no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of information published here. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on this website. All content is owned by or licensed to Nambucca Self Storage Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
10. Box Shop
The Box Shop opens approximately one month after facility launch. Products are available for click-and-collect from the facility only — no delivery. Returns and exchanges are considered case by case — contact us within 7 days of purchase.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts. These terms do not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
