Straight answers.

After booking, you’ll receive your unique PIN code by email and SMS. Use it to enter the main gate — 7 days a week, 6am to 10pm. No office hours to worry about, no one to call. Just enter your PIN and drive straight in.
No. We operate on a month-to-month basis and that’s genuinely what we mean — no lock-in, no minimum term. When you’re ready to leave, give us 14 days notice and your account is closed. No exit fees, no conditions.
Yes — you’ll need to supply your own padlock for your container door. We recommend a quality disc-style padlock (hardened steel shackle). If you don’t have one, we sell them in our Box Shop for $X.XX. Pick one up when you collect your unit.
Our containers are not suitable for perishable food, live animals, hazardous chemicals, flammable materials, or anything illegal. Standard household items, furniture, clothing, electronics, business stock, tools and equipment are all fine. If you’re unsure about a specific item, just give us a call.
Billing is monthly, charged on the same date each month from when you started. You can pay by card or set up a direct debit through our StörSync portal. Business customers can request invoice billing — just ask when you enquire.
Easy — both directions. Need to leave earlier than expected? Give us 14 days notice and you’ll only be billed to that date. Want to stay longer? Do nothing — your unit just continues on its monthly billing cycle.
We have security measures in place but we do recommend you check whether your home and contents insurance covers items in storage. If you need separate contents insurance, we can point you in the right direction — just ask.
